Tim is an educator, consultant, and author. For the first 30 years of his career he was in public education teaching elementary school, grades 6-12 science, outdoor education, and math. He has been an elementary principal, curriculum director, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent of Schools in New Jersey.
He then started a consulting company based on his research and writing on building learning organizations, training school leaders, and facilitating multi-year projects that supports school communities and their stakeholders. Tim has worked across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and New Zealand, was a Professor of Practice at Lehigh University teaching graduate courses in educational leadership, and is a Board Member for the Institute for the Future of Learning, a non-profit research group in Boston.
Tim and his wife Shay, currently live in the DuBois, PA, enjoying outdoor activities and the great people they have met in the area. They are both trained first-responders for school crisis, volunteer teaching school fieldtrips for the ConEd programs, and serve on the Ah’Tic Chapter of KECA. They continue to explore the U.S. as they visit their children and grandchildren living across the country.
