Banquets and Fundraisers

Each year across the state, numerous events are held to raise money for the Keystone Elk Country Alliance. The most popular of these events are Conservation Banquets, and they are hosted by our 16 different Chapters. These fundraising banquets are the backbone of KECA, as are the volunteers, who dedicate their personal time and efforts to lend in the success of these banquets. Our volunteers are second to none and exhibit a drive and passion to help KECA achieve our mission, to conserve and enhance Pennsylvania’s Elk Country for future generations. While our main goal of banquets is to raise money for Elk Country, we have a lot of fun doing it!

Our Conservation Banquets have many similarities; however, each one has its own personal style! That is part of what makes our banquet program so unique compared to most other fundraising banquets. At each banquet, there will be various raffles and games of chance. You can try your luck with Plinko, test your skills with the Turkey Toss, or maybe even have the best poker hand in KECA Shoot Out. Each banquet also features a Silent Auction and the ever popular, high energy, Live Auction with some exclusive items like an Elk Mountain Homestead Stay, a private Horse Drawn Wagon Ride, an Elk Country After Dark Experience and many other special items. With each Banquet featuring so many different items, experiences, and prizes… it is easy to attend multiple KECA banquets. In fact, we encourage it!

Each year we feature a custom, limited edition firearm for the banquet program along with several other limited items.

If you are interested in attending a KECA Conservation Banquet, volunteering with a Chapter, or creating a new Chapter of KECA, please email Don Schnars at efd@kecaus.com for more information. We are actively seeking to start new chapters in Pennsylvania.

Support the Companies that Support Elk Country
When you support any of our corporate partners, you are also investing in Elk Country. Without these partnerships, our programs would be missing the backbone that are these local businesses. We all share the same values and know that together we can conserve and enhance Elk Country for future generations.

If you or your business is interested in becoming a Corporate Partner, please email Don Schnars at efd@kecaus.com.
