David joined the Board in 2024 after retiring from 40 years of program management and finance. He received his BS in Agricultural Economics followed by an MBA in Finance from Penn State and then began a career including program development in defense electronics before moving to finance for two universities. For over ten years, he led economic development efforts for Centre County finishing his work as CFO/Controller for JC Blair Hospital in Huntingdon. David and his wife Nancy now spend much of their time at their mountain farm in Clinton County in the heart of the Kettle Creek elk range when not traveling to visit family including four grandchildren in the Carolinas.
