Meet Scott...

Scott earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Shippensburg University in Public Administration.

Scott retired after a 35-year career with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development in 2020. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Arts, the Board of Directors of the Keystone Elk Country Alliance including 3 years as chairman, the Board of Directors of the PA Wilds Center for Entrepreneurship, and the Board of Directors of the Perry County Economic Development Authority.

Scott resides in Shermansdale, PA with his wife of 39 years, Joan.
