Join guest speaker Brian Budjanec as he teaches about a variety of wild edibles in our surrounding woods! He will discuss how we can make, teas spreads and other tasty trats and will have some for guests to sample! After we will walk the grounds at the ECVC and see what kind of edibles we can find here.
