15 teams will compete in a “Smoke Only” BBQ Competition for the coveted Herd Bull Grand Champion spot. Teams will compete in Chicken, Ribs and Brisket. Watch the competitors, talk to them about techniques, rubs and sauces to answer all your backyard BBQ questions. A Calf Competition, a youth competition, will also take place using mystery ingredients to create a tasty dish. The Calf Category is open to the public and free of charge. Prizes will be awarded at approximately 3:30.
